What Is Impact Sourcing?
Impact Sourcing is a business model where organizations intentionally hire and provide career development opportunities to people who otherwise have limited prospects. The practice has the potential to transform their lives, while also benefiting the companies that employ them and the communities where they live.

What Is the Impact Sourcing Champions Index?
It is IAOP's list of companies that have distinguished themselves as trailblazers in Impact Sourcing. To be included in the index, companies must submit an online application. All applications are reviewed by IAOP's CSR and Social Impact Committee.
Applications for the Impact Sourcing Champions Index are accepted on an ongoing basis. Applications are reviewed, and the Index updated quarterly, in order to continually showcase companies who are doing well by doing good.

GISC Standard Adopter
GISC Standard Adopters have completed the self-assessment and assurance process to fully adopt the Impact Sourcing Standard, which defines minimum requirements and voluntary best practices for providers of business products and services to demonstrate their commitment to inclusive employment.
