FULL LIST OF LEADERSHIP HALL OF FAME INDUCTEES 

The IAOP Leadership Hall of Fame is one of the most prestigious awards available to individuals working in the public and private sectors. The IAOP Leadership Hall of Fame is unique in that it recognizes individuals not only for their contributions to innovative management practices and collaborative business models but just as important for their contributions to society at large through measurable outcomes. Inductees must demonstrate that unique quality of leadership that allows them to synthesize a new model of business with everyone’s obligation to contribute to community-based economic development, support socially-directed investments, and provide development opportunities to all those impacted by their work.
 
Inductees are generally senior executives at the C-suite level, working in the field as customers, providers, or advisors who have made significant contributions to both business and society through collaborative business relationships over a period of years.  Recipients of The IAOP Leadership Hall of Fame award are selected by a committee of Hall of Fame members.

THE 2025 INDUCTEES

 

IAOP® 2025 inductees were formally inducted into the 2025 Leadership Hall of Fame during the OWS25 Awards Ceremony in Chicago on April 29, 2025.       

 


Michelle Needles
Executive Vice President Global Head of Enterprise Solutions, Savills

Michelle leads global outsourcing solutioning for Savills, where she partners with colleagues and clients worldwide to develop creative, high-impact commercial real estate strategies. With over 25 years of experience, she is known for her ability to align strategic vision with operational excellence across sectors including healthcare, finance, technology, and manufacturing.

Her previous leadership roles at Colliers International further cemented her reputation as a transformative force, where she guided the development of global service solutions and built one of the industry's most inclusive supplier diversity programs—I.D.E.A. (Innovation through Diversity, Equity, and Allyship)— which sought to increase diversity both internally and externally among suppliers. Additionally, she was a founding member of the Colliers Women’s Networking Program, which has since evolved into an entire DEI division with Employee Resource Groups with training and mentorship opportunities.

Michelle is also deeply involved in giving back. From mentoring through the Global Mentorship Institute to community work with organizations like Voices for Children CASA, she exemplifies values-driven leadership. Her advocacy for DEI is not only personal but has translated into systemic change within organizations.

Her accolades include multiple GlobeSt. Women of Influence Awards, HCL’s Red Ladder Unstoppable Women Award, and numerous internal recognitions for service excellence.


Robin Shahani
Senior Vice President  Next-Gen Enterprise Client Experience, FIS

With over 25 years of leadership spanning global financial services, technology, and consulting, Robin has reshaped the outsourcing landscape. At FIS, he has led groundbreaking transformation initiatives, including a strategic overhaul of the client lifecycle and the implementation of AI-powered vendor management that delivered hundreds of millions in cost savings and new revenue.

Robin’s leadership extends across industry giants, including American Express, TD Ameritrade, and Citigroup, where he designed and executed large-scale shared services and outsourcing strategies. His accomplishments include:

  • Transforming procurement and vendor governance frameworks
  • Launching inclusive supplier inclusion programs that tripled spend with minority- and women-owned businesses
  • Reducing corporate emissions and energy usage through robust sustainability initiatives

Beyond the boardroom, Robin’s legacy is equally impactful. He has served on the boards of the Children’s Health Fund and the National Principals Leadership Institute, supporting healthcare and education access for underserved communities. He also mobilized thousands of corporate employees through nonprofit initiatives and led supply and real estate ESG efforts at FIS, resulting in significant community impacts and reductions in the company’s carbon footprint.

Robin joins a distinguished class of leaders in the IAOP Leadership Hall of Fame—individuals whose careers have shaped the future of the global business services industry and who have demonstrated an enduring commitment to corporate and community excellence.
