Each year, IAOP presents this award to a leader who is not only driving business excellence but is also committed to creating meaningful change—whether through impact sourcing, workforce development, environmental stewardship, ethical governance, or broader social responsibility.

With over 25 years of investment banking and entrepreneurial expertise, he has invested across sustainability, healthcare, education, technology, and data management — redefining ESG solutions for Fortune 1000 corporations and developing advanced applications that promote ethical and sustainable practices.
