HCL'S RED LADDER WOMEN IN OUTSOURCING AWARDS, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH IAOP
HCL's Red Ladder Awards are uniquely positioned to identify, recognize & award high performing and high potential women leaders, and leverage them as role models for other aspiring women. Launched in 2016 by HCL, the initiative has been well received across various fraternity and created a niche for itself at several industry platforms to honor women for their contribution to business. HCL's Red Ladder Women in Outsourcing Awards is in partnership with IAOP’s Women Empowerment, Leadership and Diversity Chapter.

All winners must be present at OWS2.0 in Orlando, FL in order to receive this award.
The categories are as follows:
Leadership in Transformational Sourcing
This category recognizes individuals with 10+ years of work experience who have shown leadership in moving from transactional procurement to transformational procurement thus driving the sourcing team’s performance to meet long-term expectations.
Excellence in Innovation – Emerging Technologies
This category recognizes a senior woman executive with 10+ years in the industry who has embraced emerging technologies to fuel innovation and drive better business outcomes.
Women Empower Women
This category will recognize the achievements of a senior woman who provided support and assistance to women in their organization/communities. This award is open to women who have not only achieved personally in their organization but have made a significant difference to the role of women in business within and/or outside their organization over the past 12 months. The winning candidate will have demonstrated their attitude and commitment to developing, mentoring and promoting other women in their roles in business; they may have influenced cultures and championed change in their organizations to support gender diversity and gender equality.
Rising Star Award (5+ years' experience)
This award is designed to recognize emerging talent. This award is open to women who have not only already made a mark in business but are also ‘women to watch’ in terms of future contributions. The winning entrant might be a future leader, or already head of a team; she could be just starting out in business, forming her own company, or quickly rising through the ranks.
Women to Watch list
This list of unstoppable women honors those women who are advancing in both the I.T. and Outsourcing industries. This group of outstanding women executives are not only making an impact in their business but also demonstrating leadership, passion and determination, inspiring others and providing opportunities for others to succeed. These women are admirable examples of what can be achieved by women with vision in all corners of the globe.
This list will be a compilation of exemplary women who are up & coming in I.T. and Outsourcing. All nominations received for HCL’s Red Ladder Awards will also get auto nominated for Unstoppable Women 2020 list.
