Celebrating 22 years of excellence, the Global Outsourcing 100 evolves into the IAOP Global 100 — reflecting the full sourcing and business services ecosystem. First produced in 2006, the program is the definitive annual recognition of the best outsourcing service providers and advisors across industries and regions worldwide. The IAOP Global 100 is compiled through a rigorous, application-based evaluation process assessing client outcomes, innovation, certifications, and social impact. It serves as a trusted resource for organizations seeking reputable and high-performing sourcing partners — and a meaningful distinction for the companies that earn it. All companies named to the IAOP Global 100 are recognized at OWS — attended by buyers, providers, advisors, and industry leaders from around the world. Each participating company also receives a Global 100 Corporate Recognition Package for use in corporate offices, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
