Global Outsourcing 100 Application Process Now Open
for Outsourcing Providers and Advisors

Global Outsourcing 100® Program Showcases Companies in Five Distinct Categories

WINDERMERE, FL, September 1, 2016 – lAOP® is calling on outsourcing service providers and advisors to apply for its annual Global Outsourcing 100® and World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors lists.

lAOP is pleased to kick-off the 12th year of The Global Outsourcing 100, which recognizes the world’s best outsourcing service providers and advisors – from across all industries, areas of specialization, and sizes – to provide the most relevant information to its members and the industry at-large. These companies all share the standards and values of a community of outsourcing companies and professionals.

This year’s program continues to provide even more detailed information for customers who use the list as the go-to resource in their provider selection process, as well as increased visibility for those providers and advisors who make the list. The 2017 Global Outsourcing 100 is, and has always been, a completely opt-in program and considered "the premier benchmark against which all outsourcing service providers are measured."

The association starts accepting applications September 1st for the annual independently judged, opt-in lists for service providers and advisors. For complete information about current lists, as well as details to apply for 2017, please visit IAOP’s website. Last day to apply is November 1, 2016.

New in recent years:
  • a continued focus on innovation and corporate social responsibility (CSR) – areas customers say are increasingly central to their outsourcing decisions; outsourcing advisors will add the CSR judging category to their application criteria
  • creating a separate judging category for Customer References, for both providers and advisors
  • a showcasing of the best companies in each of five judging categories: size and growth; customer references; delivery excellence; programs for innovation, and CSR
  • alphabetical instead of ranked lists making it both easier to find companies by name and placing greater emphasis on the merit required to make the list as opposed to relative ranking among these top companies
Providers and advisors are invited to apply at http://www.IAOP.org/GO100

Each company selected for inclusion on The Global Outsourcing 100 and The World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors lists will be recognized at IAOP’s 2017 Outsourcing World Summit®, February 19-22, 2016 at JW Marriott Hill Country, in San Antonio, Texas, and in a spring 2017 special advertising feature on outsourcing to appear in FORTUNE Magazine.

“Buyers understand there are hundreds of qualified service providers and advisors out there, but what they need to understand is what distinguishes each as exceptional,” said IAOP CEO, Debi Hamill. “The Global Outsourcing 100 and World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors lists aim to provide buyers with the information they need to make smart decisions as well as provide above average providers and advisors a way to set themselves apart.  We are always excited about creating value for our members – whether they are buyers, providers or advisors and this program ticks every box.”

Judging is based on a rigorous scoring methodology that includes a review by an independent panel of IAOP customer members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors for their organizations. Applicants demonstrate their capabilities by responding to a typical RFP. For complete details on how the applications will be judged and scored, please refer to the 2017 Global Outsourcing 100 Process & Scoring Methodology document.

Companies of all sizes across the entire outsourcing industry may apply. IAOP Membership is not required nor is it considered in compiling the final
