For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at Disney's Contemporary Resort at the special group rate of $225.  In addition, a small block of rooms is also available at Disney's Grand Floridian for $225 per night.

Dining Reservations

Again this year, we will have a dedicated "Summit Concierge" to assist our delegates with their dining reservations during their stay.  The Concierge will be available in the Conference Center during registration hours on Sunday evening and Monday morning.

However, we strongly recommend you make your dinner reservations prior to your arrival by calling Disney's dining reservations line at +1.407.WDW.DINE.

Climate

Low humidity and daytime highs of around 75° and evening lows of 63° characterize February weather in Orlando.  Don't forget a hat and sunscreen!

Attire

Enjoy the climate and the atmosphere by dressing in business casual for this event, but please remember that meeting room temperatures may vary.  Bring either a sweater or jacket for your personal comfort.

Tranportation

Orlando International Airport is located about 30 minutes away from Disney's Contemporary Resort.  As an attendee of The 2014 Outsourcing World Summit you may take advantage of Disney's Magical Express.  This exclusive complimentary shuttle and luggage delivery service conveniently takes you from the airport directly to your Disney Resort.  It's the hassle-free benefit that allows you to arrive at the event relaxed and stress-free.  Click here for detailed information on this service.

If you are not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, or do not wish to take advantage of Disney's Magical Express, various transportation companies provide shuttle service to teh resorts for a fee.  Private taxi service is also available at the airport.
