Accommodations

Please note:   Due to the tremendous response to this year's Summit, Disney’s Contemporary Resort is filling fast.  Disney is working with each attendee to find accommodations within Walt Disney World through their Central Reservations Office.  Please call group reservations for assistance at 1.407.824.3869.

For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at Disney’s Contemporary Resort at the special group rate of $215.00.  Suites are also available at a discounted rate. 

For those wishing the most luxurious resort stay, a small group of rooms has also been held at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort for the special group rate of $278.00.

Make reservations today by calling 1.407824.3869.  Please identify yourself as attending “The 2008 Outsourcing World Summit.”   A limited number of rooms are available at the special group rate at both hotels, so be sure to make your reservations as soon as possible.  Reservations are processed on a first come, first served basis.

Dining Reservations

New this year, we have arranged for a dedicated Summit Concierge to assist our delegates with their dining reservations during their stay.  The Concierge will be available in the Conference Center Lobby on Sunday evening, February 17^th  from 5:00 – 8:00 pm and on Monday morning, February 18^th, from 9:00 am until 12:00 noon.

 We strongly recommend you make your dinner reservations prior to your arrival by calling Disney’s dining reservations line - (407) WDW-DINE.

Theme Park Tickets

Discounted theme park tickets for Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios (formerly MGM) are available for attendees of The 2008 Outsourcing World Summit.  Go to http://www.disneyconventionear.com/ows.

Climate

Low humidity and daytime highs of around 75° and evening lows of 63° characterize December through February.  Don’t forget the hat and sunscreen!

Attire

Enjoy the climate and the atmosphere by dressing in business casual for this event, but please realize that meeting room temperatures may vary.  Bring either a sweater or jacket for your personal comfort.

Transportation

Orlando International Airport is located about 30 minutes from Disney’s Contemporary Resort.  As an attendee of The 2008 Outsourcing World Summit, you may take advantage of the latest innovation in Disney's legendary commitment to service and convenience: Disney's Magical Express. This exclusive complimentary shuttle and luggage delivery service conveniently takes you from the airport directly to your Disney Resort. If you are not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, or do not wish to take advantage of Disney's Magical Express, various transportation companies provide shuttle service to the resort for approximately $30.00 round trip per person.  Private taxi service is available at the airport for approximately $50.00 one way.
