Focus on Education and Business Development

The three-day program is comprised of Plenary Sessions and four sub-conferences, or educational track sessions.

Plenary Sessions address outsourcing’s role as a business tool, the global market for outsourcing services, current state and future direction of the Chinese economy, the opportunity outsourcing provides for Chinese companies, inhibitors and specific Chinese government programs to address them, and successful case studies.  Plenary speakers are Chinese government leaders, outsourcing business experts and visionaries, and senior executives from both customer and provider organizations.

Sub-conferences are designed to explore the opportunities, identify challenges and solutions, and to showcase successful examples.  Sessions are organized by outsourcing area, including information technology outsourcing, business process outsourcing, and manufacturing.  Speakers are drawn from a range of customers, providers, consultants, advisors, and government officials both inside and outside China.
