ABOUT
AI is changing how outsourcing and global business services get bought, delivered, and governed, and most organizations are figuring it out as they go. The IAOP AI Collective gives practitioners a place to do that together. Led by Chief Architect Alex Rochlitz, founder of ScaleX, and an executive board drawn from enterprise buyers, providers, advisors, and law firms, the Collective meets monthly in virtual workshops built around real deployments and the decisions behind them. Between sessions, members keep the conversation going on a private discussion board.
The questions on the table are the ones landing on buyers’ and providers’ desks right now. How do you price a contract when automation is doing a growing share of the work? What should governance look like once agents are making decisions inside a process? Which pilots are worth scaling, and how do you tell? Members bring what they’re seeing in their own organizations, and the Collective turns those experiences into shared knowledge the whole community can use.
