IAOP Unveils the Global 100: A Bold Evolution of Its Premier Industry Recognition Program
Celebrating 20 years of excellence, the Global Outsourcing 100 evolves into the IAOP Global 100—reflecting the full sourcing and business services ecosystem.
June 11, 2025 - Poughkeepsie, NY – IAOP®, the trusted voice of the global sourcing community, today announced a major rebrand of its flagship recognition program. Formerly known as the Global Outsourcing 100, the initiative is now the IAOP Global 100—a forward-looking evolution that broadens the scope of recognition to reflect the full spectrum of sourcing, shared services, and global business services (GBS).

The IAOP Global 100 carries that legacy forward while embracing the transformation of our industry,” said Debi Hamill, CEO of IAOP. “It opens the door to a wider pool of applicants—organizations driving innovation, digital change, operational excellence, and purpose-driven impact across the sourcing and business services space.”
The IAOP Global 100 will feature category-based recognitions aligned with the key sections of the application: Customer References, Awards & Certifications, Programs for Innovation, and Programs for CSR. The “100” represents a standard of excellence rather than a fixed number, allowing for a curated list of the most impactful organizations each year.
A new highlight of the program, the Vanguard Class, will shine a spotlight on trailblazing organizations that are redefining what’s possible in the sourcing and business services industry. These honorees will be recognized for bold, future-focused leadership—demonstrating meaningful progress in areas such as social impact, AI, and the transformative use of digital technologies. Whether through pioneering initiatives, first-mover strategies, or innovations that set new industry benchmarks, Vanguard organizations are those leading the way and inspiring others to follow.
In addition, IAOP has streamlined the application process to improve accessibility and encourage broader participation, while maintaining the rigor and integrity of the evaluation criteria.
Applications for the IAOP Global 100 open September 1, 2025, and honorees will be recognized at OWS26, IAOP’s annual summit in Chicago, in April 2026.
