Don't worry - the wonderful folks at Disney Reservations are working with our delegates to reserve rooms at other nearby Disney Resorts. Please call +1.407.824.3869 and tell them you are a delegate to The 2012 Outsourcing World Summit - they will happily find you a room.
For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at Disney's Contemporary Resort at the special group rate of $215.00.
For those wishing the most luxurious resort stay, a small group of rooms has also been held at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort for the special group rate of $278.00. The Grand Floridian is only a short ride away on the complimentary monorail.

Golf
On Sunday, February 19 - join fellow delegates for an enjoyable round of golf on the beautiful Osprey Ridge Golf Course. Additional fees apply and you must be pre-registered. Dining
We strongly urge you to make dining reservations prior to traveling as this is a holiday week and the restaurants will be busy. Reservations can be easily made online by visiting: http://disneyworld.disney.go.com.
At the Summit a dedicated concierge will be available in the conference center lobby during select hours to assist those who have not yet made reservations, however if you have a favorite restaurant we recommend you reserve a few weeks ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

Park Tickets
Delegates to The 2012 Outsourcing World Summit can purchase park tickets to Disney attractions online by clicking here. Tickets are available to Summit delegates and their traveling companions only and are valid for a limited time prior to, during and after the event. Certain restrictions apply.

Climate
Low humidity and daytime highs of around 75° and evening lows of 63° characterize December through February. Don't forget to bring your hat and sunscreen!
Attire
Enjoy the climate and the atmosphere by dressing in business casual for this event, but please realize that meeting room temperatures may vary. Bring either a sweater or jacket for your personal comfort.
