Background: While we are all aware of the need for collaboration and that this is now becoming a business imperative, quite often we don't know how to go about it. Especially in newer areas like Impact Sourcing and in the intersection of the world of managed services and global outsourcing with what is called “good business” or “business with a positive social impact”.
Objectives: An interactive session to provide participants a high-level understanding of alliances and partnerships, a set of to-do’s and guidelines as applied to the world of Impact Sourcing. And help increase awareness on partnerships and build the competence on strategic partnerships.
