Happy New Year! As we step into 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible milestones we achieved together last year and share IAOP's exciting plans for the year ahead.

Looking Back at 2024

Last year was a testament to the power of collaboration, innovation, and community. Together, we:

Hosted world-class events, including OWS24 in Chicago and IAOP On Location: NYC, where impactful discussions and networking opportunities paved the way for new partnerships and ideas.
Launched the Healthcare and Life Sciences CoE, providing critical insights and solutions in one of the fastest-evolving industries.
Introduced IAOP Happy Hours, informal networking sessions designed to foster stronger connections and collaboration among members in a relaxed, engaging atmosphere.
Expanded our impact through FormIGA, the first and only alliance dedicated to promoting our industry as a force for good. A key achievement was the launch of the Service Provider Sustainability Index (SPSI), which provides critical insights into the sustainability practices of providers globally.
Introduced Pulse Digest, our weekly e-newsletter, which keeps our members informed, engaged, and ahead of the curve with timely industry updates and thought leadership.
Celebrated excellence and innovation with our awards programs, highlighting the leaders and organizations shaping the future of outsourcing and sourcing.

Looking Ahead to 2025

With a strong foundation in place, we are excited to take bold strides forward this year. In 2025, we will:

Host OWS25 in Chicago, April 29-May 1, bringing together industry leaders to explore emerging trends, share best practices, and shape the future of our industry.
Enhance our Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) training program, delivering a learning experience designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s outsourcing/sourcing/GBS professionals.
Strengthen our global reach with initiatives like "Know Before You Go," offering essential insights into sourcing in diverse regions.
Launch the IAOP Buyer Network, a new initiative offering tailored resources, exclusive peer networking, and cutting-edge insights for buyers navigating today’s dynamic sourcing landscape.
Expand our Centers of Excellence, ensuring deeper engagement and knowledge-sharing in through events, meetups, webinars and content-sharing.
Enhance member benefits, providing expanded thought leadership opportunities, customized learning experiences, and increased visibility for your expertise and achievements.

Our vision for 2025 is ambitious, and we are confident that, together, we will make this our best year yet.
