FROM DIGITAL TO SMART: HOW AI-POWERED CONTRACT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT (CLM) IS TRANSFORMING SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIPS
Mark Voytek, Chief Customer Officer, Sirion Labs

While enterprise functions are becoming increasingly digital, the interface and collaboration between these departments remain woefully old school. This is a key reason behind ineffective supplier management which requires various departments to operate in cohesion.

As the foundation for all supplier relationships, contracts and contract management hold the key to addressing this challenge. With AI-powered CLM technology, organizations can now adopt a smarter approach to contracting that brings together automation, intelligence, and collaboration to transform supplier relationships.

Join Mark Voytek, Chief Customer Officer, SirionLabs for this session to discover how smarter contracting is helping organizations effectively manage complexity, ensure resilience, and transform value creation in their supplier relationships.

THE POWER OF CONTRACT AUTOMATION:  A CASE STUDY IN COLLABORATION
Nicholas Wright, Director, Digital & Innovation Sourcing, bp
Mike O’Brien, Chief Procurement Officer and Head of ContractAI at App Orchid

This is the story of how bp partnered with their provider to solve a difficult problem: taking time to contract from months to days.  bp has thousands of suppliers around the world, and an increasing number of contracts to process, but a fixed amount of procurement and legal resources. The time to contract for SaaS contracts had risen to an average of 92 days and resources were being stretched to a point where the team worried about increased downstream risk. There was no solution on the market that addressed reducing time to contract significantly while mitigating contracting risk.  bp set out to have a solution built that would streamline the contracting process while reducing contractual risk. The primary objective was to leverage AI and Machine Learning to reduce the average time to contract while minimizing the risk of errors introduced due to limited resources. Together, the bp and App Orchid team built a solution called ContractAI.

DOING GOOD IS GOOD FOR BUSINESS: CONNECTING SECOND CHANCE WORKERS WITH EMPLOYERS IN NEED OF THEIR SKILLS  Tim Dupree, President Kelly Professional & Industrial
Keilon Ratliff, Vice President & Vertical Lead, Kelly Professional & Industrial

It’s a staggering statistic: One in three working-age Americans – 33% – have some type of criminal record. Most of them are non-violent offenders unable to access quality employment because of outdated background screening practices companies have in place. These blanket bans deprive Americans who are motivated to work of opportunity and economic mobility, and they make it harder for businesses in need of skilled workers to fill open positions.

The Kelly 33 second chance hiring program tackles this issue head-on. Kelly connects talented job seekers who have a non-violent, non-relevant criminal background with employers in need of their skills. The program was inspired by a successful partnership with Toyota Manufacturing in Georgetown, Kentucky, and gives hiring managers access to undiscovered talent looking for a second chance.

In this session, learn about the impact of Kelly’s collaboration with Toyota, why the workforce solutions provider decided to launch Kelly 33, and how clients across the country are responding to it.
