Meeting of the Minds Demonstrates Business Value of Impact Sourcing
When you gather social impact leaders in a room, it’s clear that these dedicated professionals bring a great deal of heart and soul to the table.

The compelling business case for impact sourcing was reinforced throughout the ‘meeting of the minds’ of IAOP’s Center for Social Impact recently held on location at the offices of Kirkland & Ellis in New York City.
IAOP's Center for Social Impact connects IAOP members to the people and resources essential in excelling at doing well by doing good through impact sourcing; socially responsible outsourcing; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I); women empowerment and leadership; refugee initiatives; global mentorship, and more.
This new center represents the largest leadership group and its members were enthusiastic about gathering together for the first time in-person to hear from trailblazers, share successes and challenges, tackle common problems and present workforce tactics. Attendees left the one-day event feeling more connected and inspired to advance initiatives that make a social impact.
