Message from the CEO: Feeling Optimistic and Achieving Excellence
As summertime arrives in our different locations around the nation and globe, I hope you are feeling the “pent-optimism” that research partner, Everest Group, predicted at OWS21 will be coming.
At IAOP, we continue to see signs of a return to a new normalcy and are hopeful for in-person gatherings and events to return as vaccination rates increase, mask mandates lift and travel restrictions easy.
When you’re ready and comfortable to meet, our Centers of Excellence (COE) offer a full range of opportunities to learn and network as well as continued virtual programming – so either way, you won’t be missing any of the game.
These four Centers focused on Governance/Risk, Impact Sourcing, Digital Technologies and the Future of Work are the definitive go-to source for the member expertise and knowledge resources (such as best practices, education, training and tools) needed for your organization to attain and sustain world-class performance and value in these crucial areas to our industry. For more on the COEs, see our story in this issue of PULSE.
We also are delighted to put the spotlight on the four well-deserving recipients of the Global Impact Sourcing Award from CareerBox, Eclaro, IndiVillage and Techno Brain. Also don’t miss our continuing coverage from OWS21 with stories on the Imagination Age and learn what’s top-of-mind among our provider and advisor communities.
As always, stay safe and well. And keep tuned for more on OWS22 and other exciting happenings from IAOP - where collaboration is at our core!
