Over the last several months, as a collective group, we have been asked to hypothesize the future:

• How will employees work?
• Where will employees work?
• How will we manage work?

Throughout the course of the research and analysis that followed those questions, our Consulting, Technology and Marketing teams leveraged a scenario-planning process in collaboration with our multi-disciplinary subject matter experts and ultimately developed alternative scenarios in online, interactive work sessions. We envision scenarios based on what we think the impact would be and the likelihood for alternative occupancy solutions given the conditions that may emerge.

During this 60-minute webinar, we will explore implications of four different future scenarios ranging from options that resemble a pre-COVID environment to alternatives that focus on a purely digitized office experience.
