IAOP’s Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) Program Announces its First Graduating Class

The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) is pleased to announce the first graduating class of Certified Outsourcing Professionals (COPs).

These thirteen professionals work across the outsourcing field as clients, providers and advisors in eight different industries on three continents. The certification process was rigorous. Each candidate had to complete and have reviewed by a panel of their peers an extensive application documenting the projects they had led and results achieved, their personal knowledge of the strategic, implementation and operational intricacies of outsourcing, and their overall educational background - both on outsourcing and on general business topics. The thirteen professionals who have earned the Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) designation have distinguished themselves as leaders in the field.
