International Association of Outsourcing Professionals Forms Chapter Focused on Process Excellence
Newest IAOP Chapter Kicks Off with Webinar on Improving Processes
POUGHKEEPSIE, N. Y., Oct. 3, 2008 – The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals™ (IAOP) will kick off its new Process Excellence chapter with a Webinar on “Process Solutions for Business Realities.”
S. Bala, senior vice president -global reengineering leader of Genpact, will speak on how today’s business realities are driving a new paradigm of process excellence in organizations.
“Process excellence can provide a measurable positive business impact,” said Chapter Chairman Ajay Kapoor, vice president of business process reengineering (North America) at Genpact. “This chapter will provide a forum for professionals to come together to demystify process excellence and identify effective process improvement and change management practices.”
The Webinar will be held Oct. 7, from 1 to 2 p.m. EST. The event is free and open to users, advisors and providers of outsourcing services who are individual or corporate members of IAOP. Non-members are invited to attend as a guest of IAOP. Click here to request a guest pass.

The new chapter will hold quarterly Webinars featuring industry and thought leaders, key professionals and motivational speakers. It will provide a vehicle for professionals to better understand various methodologies to institute process excellence and also connect individuals to share best practices to manage and implement process improvement.
