As the global, standard-setting association and advocate for outsourcing professionals and the organizations they support, the  IAOP® annually produces the following research to help companies in their outsourcing decisions:

• The Global Outsourcing 100 – the annual listing of the world’s best outsourcing service providers – in its twelfth year
• The World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors – the annual listing of the top outsourcing advisors and consultants – in its ninth year

This year’s program builds upon our past work while providing even better information for customers, providers, and advisors alike.

Major changes include:
 
1)     Continued focus on innovation and corporate social responsibility (CSR) – areas customers tell us are increasingly central to their outsourcing decisions. Outsourcing advisors will add the CSR judging cateory to their application criteria,
2)     Creating a separate judging category for Customer References, for both providers and advisors,
3)     Identification of the best companies in each of five judging categories– making it easier to see in what areas each company on the list excels,
4)     Alphabetical, instead of ranked lists, making it both easier to find companies by name and to place greater emphasis on the excellence required to make the list and less on relative ranking between all of these fine companies.
