Dear Outsourcing Professional:

The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) is dedicated to furthering the outsourcing profession through research that builds on the experiences of our members and the industry at-large.

Understanding outsourcing tools (not just for governance) has been one of the areas of interest to our membership. To that end, we have partnered with Dr. Beena George, Assistant  Professor, Department of Management and Marketing at the University of St. Thomas, Houston, Texas to survey the field and prepare a report on the current state of tools and their efficacy in the outsourcing process.

The results will be shared with participants, at IAOP’s 2009 Outsourcing World Summit and online through IAOP’s Knowledge Center, Firmbuilder.com®.

In order for this to be an effective, broad research, your participation is important and your sharing of knowledge will help everyone. Please complete this survey (it should take no more than 10-15 minutes) by October 15, 2008.
