In its 10th Year, New Global Outsourcing 100® Program
Showcases Companies in Four Distinct Categories

Application Process Opens September 15th for Providers and Advisors

POUGHKEEPSIE, NY, August 27, 2014 – lAOP® is pleased to kick-off the 10th year of The Global Outsourcing 100, building upon its past work and announcing several new and exciting changes. The Global Outsourcing 100 recognizes the world’s best outsourcing service providers and advisors – from across all industries, areas of specialization, and sizes - to provide the most relevant information to its members and the industry at-large. These companies all share the standards and values of a community of outsourcing companies and professionals.

New this year:
  • an expanded focus on innovation and corporate social responsibility (CSR) – areas customers say are increasingly central to their outsourcing decisions
  • a showcasing of the best companies in each of four judging categories: size and growth; delivery excellence; programs for innovation; and CSR
  • alphabetical instead of ranked lists making it both easier to find companies by name and placing greater emphasis on the merit required to make the list as opposed to relative ranking among these top companies
Providers and advisors are invited to apply beginning September 15th at http://www.IAOP.org/GO100

Each company selected for inclusion on The Global Outsourcing 100 and The World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors lists will be recognized at IAOP’s 2015 Outsourcing World Summit®, February 16-18, 2015 at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, in Phoenix, Arizona, and in a spring 2015 special advertising feature on outsourcing to appear in FORTUNE Magazine.

Judging is based on a rigorous scoring methodology that includes a review by an independent panel of IAOP customer members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors for their organizations.   Applicants demonstrate their capabilities by responding to a typical RFP.

“We've reached a milestone with The Global Outsourcing 100 entering its 10th year making it the perfect time to expand and build upon the program's growing recognition and value," said Michael Corbett, IAOP Chairman. “We’re looking forward to recognizing the field's top outsourcing providers and advisors at next year's Outsourcing World Summit and in FORTUNE magazine."

For complete details on how the applications will be judged and scored, please refer to the 2015 Global Outsourcing 100 Process & Scoring Methodology document.

Companies of all sizes across the entire outsourcing industry may apply. IAOP Membership is not required nor is it considered in compiling the final lists.  The Global Outsourcing 100 program is opt-in; organizations must apply to be considered.

“Buyers understand there are hundreds of qualified service providers and advisors in the sourcing industry, but what they really need to understand now is what distinguishes each as exceptional,” said IAOP CEO, Debi Hamill. “The new Global Outsourcing 100 and World’s Best Advisors lists will do just that. We look forward to building on the value the lists give the companies as well as the ease with which buyers will now be able to navigate them.”

Applications are being accepted September 15 through November 1, 2014. For complete information about current lists, as well as details to apply for 2015, please visit IAOP’s website.
