| The above button is posted alongside any program that has been approved by IAOP for inclusion in the Outsourcing Professional Course Catalog and can therefore be used to earn credit toward the COP designation. It signifies that the content has been reviewed in detail and allotted credit based on its coverage of IAOP’s Outsourcing Professional Standards and Professional Skills as defined in Appendix D of IAOP’s Outsourcing Professional Body of Knowledge (OPBOK). Points Toward the COP Designation Select programs listed in the Outsourcing Professional Course Catalog are approved to count between five and 25 points toward the COP designation. The only exception to this rule is the COP Master Class, which earns participants 75 points toward certification. Continuing Education Hours (CEHs) Toward COP Recertification Courses, training programs, events and even IAOP chapter meetings that are listed in the Outsourcing Professional Course Catalog can earn current COPs up to 16 points toward recertification.
