The Engineering Chapter held a webinar on September 16, 2009 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm (EDT).
Chapter chair Mahesh Patel from Pratt & Whitney introduced a team of experts who shared valuable information on the topics of “Contract and Service Level Agreements” and “IP and Export Control Protection.”

Inaugural webinar held October 29, 2008
The Engineering Chapter held its inaugural webinar on October 29, 2008 from 12:00 to 1:00 pm (EDT)!
Chapter chair, Pratt & Whitney, provided a presentation entitled “Knowledge and Best Practices of Engineering Sourcing Globally.” This value-packed presentation included discussion about choosing the supplier, IP protection/export control, low vs. high cost, standardization and training.
In addition, participants gave their input on future program topics and meeting timelines.
