The main session room will be equipped with a podium, podium microphone, wireless microphone, and screen. All main session presenters must meet with the Speaker Liaison in the main session room prior to the first session of they day in which they are speaking. A full run- through can be scheduled if desired. Full details will sent to you in a follow up email prior to the event. Please note that all main session slides will be run using Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007. All slide shows must be created in and tested in this version of the program. Slide shows created on previous versions may not run correctly. Educational track session presenters must be equipped with their own laptops, with approved presentations loaded. Presenters may meet with the Speaker Liaison during any of the refreshment breaks prior to their session. Please note that all event speakers MUST be approved by IAOP in advance of the Summit. Speakers that show up at the event without prior approval will be denied access.
