IAOP Announces 2026 Leadership Hall of Fame Honorees Mauricio Odovaine and Jon Browning

Poughkeepsie, NY — February 2, 2026 — IAOP®, the global association for leaders in outsourcing and business services, today announced that Jon Browning and Mauricio Odovaine have been selected as the 2026 honorees of the IAOP Leadership Hall of Fame, one of the industry’s highest individual distinctions. They will be formally inducted during the IAOP Awards Reception at OWS26 on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, in Chicago, Illinois.
The IAOP Leadership Hall of Fame recognizes senior leaders whose careers demonstrate sustained excellence in global outsourcing and business services, alongside a clear commitment to advancing opportunity, inclusion, and positive societal impact.
“We are pleased to announce Jon Browning and Mauricio Odovaine as the 2026 honorees of the IAOP Leadership Hall of Fame,” said Debi Hamill, CEO of IAOP. “Both exemplify what modern leadership looks like in our industry—leaders who deliver enterprise-scale results while also recognizing the responsibility to build inclusive, resilient, and purpose-driven operating models.”
Mauricio Odovaine, Mauricio is an influential operations leader with over two decades of expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and global workforce operations. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Sourcing at Meta, he oversees the company’s global indirect spend with a strategic focus on high-impact contracting, supplier governance, and sustainable outsourcing. A staunch advocate for purposeful innovation, Mauricio excels at bridging the gap between operational efficiency and corporate responsibility. Beyond his corporate mandate, he is a champion for diversity and inclusion, driving social change through impact sourcing. As a Trustee at Teen-Turn, Mauricio is dedicated to empowering young women from underserved communities by providing hands-on STEM experiences, effectively shaping a more inclusive future for the technology sector.
“Mauricio Odovaine exemplifies leadership at scale—bringing deep operational expertise, strong governance, and a people-first mindset to global outsourcing and operations,” Hamill added. “His ability to lead globally distributed teams with humility, rigor, and genuine care reflects the kind of modern leadership our industry needs as outsourcing continues to evolve into a strategic, enterprise-wide capability.”
Jon Browning, Founder and CEO of the Global Mentorship Initiative (GMI), is being recognized for redefining how leadership, technology, and human connection intersect to create economic opportunity at scale. After a 24-year career at Microsoft and work with the Rockefeller Foundation’s Digital Jobs Initiative—where he helped co-create the Global Impact Sourcing Coalition—Browning launched GMI to address one of the most persistent barriers to employment: lack of access to mentorship and professional networks. Under his leadership, GMI has built a global, technology-enabled mentorship platform supporting students across more than 150 countries, delivering strong employment outcomes and measurable social impact. His work demonstrates how leaders in the outsourcing and sourcing ecosystem can leverage innovation to generate both business value and lasting societal benefit.
“I’m honored to be selected for induction into the IAOP Leadership Hall of Fame,” said Jon Browning, Founder and CEO of Global Mentorship Initiative. “Throughout my career, I’ve believed that leadership is ultimately about people—using innovation and technology to amplify human connection, expand opportunities for growth, and build relationships that transcend borders. I’m grateful to be part of a community that believes business success and social impact are most powerful when they reinforce one another.”
