Poughkeepsie, NY, October 21, 2014 – IAOP® has announced today the addition of two new locations in 2015 for the Certified Outsourcing Professional® (COP) Master Class.

The COP Master Class will be held over three days and offers many benefits, including: a comprehensive learning experience that prepares an individual currently working in shared services, global business services or any other sourcing model, to successfully lead most outsourcing initiatives. It allows participants the opportunity to work with seasoned veterans to develop a customized outsourcing project plan for an actual project; state-of-the-art insights into the latest industry and deal trends and offers extensive networking opportunities with professionals from a wide range of industries and professional disciplines.

IAOP will end 2014 trainings on November 5-7 in The Netherlands and has introduced the following dates for next year:

March 16-18, 2015: Copenhagen, Denmark

March 30-April 2, 2015: Dolce Atlanta-Peachtree Hotel & Conference Center, Atlanta, GA, USA

The Certified Outsourcing Professional® (COP) Master Class in Atlanta will also feature the one day intensive Outsourcing Governance Workshop. This workshop teaches professionals involved in outsourcing the important role they have in helping their organizations plan, invest in and execute a cohesive set of business practices for designing and implementing a strong governance program.

The COP Master Class and Outsourcing Governance Workshop are led by Certified Outsourcing Professionals and Authorized Trainers with decades of outsourcing experience. Guest lecturers also lend their particular expertise to the program for step-by-step coverage of the industry’s only set of proven outsourcing professional standards.

The training, geared for mid-to-high level outsourcing professionals representing customers, providers and advisors of all types of outsourcing services provides end-to-end knowledge for creating best practices for the outsourcing engagement, and is a key element of the COP program from IAOP.

IAOP has conducted dozens of public and private on-site COP Master Classes, globally, each year y since 2007 and has had thousands of people go through the training, which is an integral part of the COP certification program. Individuals and groups can pre-register for the limited seating training. All of the outsourcing training packages include course materials and light snacks, and meals vary by location. One need not be a member of IAOP to register, but members do receive significant discounts on class pricing.
