Poughkeepsie, NY, January 3, 2014 – The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®) announced today it will conduct a Certified Outsourcing Professional® (COP) Master Class and Governance Workshop April 28-30, 2014, at the Avasant offices in El Segundo, California. Avasant is a corporate member of IAOP, takes a leadership role in the association’s Southern California chapter and is hosting this public class.

The three day COP Master Class offers many benefits, including: a comprehensive learning experience that prepares an individual to successfully lead most outsourcing initiatives; the opportunity to work with seasoned veterans to develop a customized outsourcing project plan for an actual project; state-of-the-art insights into the latest industry and deal trends; extensive networking opportunities with professionals from a wide range of industries and professional disciplines; step-by-step coverage of outsourcing professional standards.

Led by IAOP authorized trainers who are Certified Outsourcing Professionals with decades of outsourcing experience, the training is geared for mid-to-high level outsourcing professionals representing customers, providers and advisors of all types of outsourcing services. The class provides end-to-end knowledge of creating best practices for the outsourcing engagement.

IAOP has conducted dozens of public or private on-site COP Master Classes each year globally since 2007 and has had thousands of people go through the training, which is an integral part of the COP certification program. Individuals and groups can pre-register for the limited seating training, which includes meals at the Denver venue and all course materials.
