and global network with leaders from across the region

POUGHKEEPSIE, NY, June 21 – The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® today announced its second Asia-Pacific Outsourcing Summit, which is being produced in partnership with Outsourcing Malaysia and supported by PIKOM, the association representing the information and communications technology (ICT) industry in Malaysia.

This four-day event takes place October 21-24, 2013, at the Traders Hotel, Iskandar, Nusajaya, Malaysia and addresses how to create sustained value for regional integration. Plenary sessions are focused on trends, disruptions and predictions for Asia-Pacific; technology innovations; outsourcing’s global value and the economic & social impact; developing a knowledge economy; and more.  Educational tracks on both outsourcing in Asia and outsourcing to Asia are featured.

“We strive to bring our members the information most relevant to their region or the region they are looking to do business in.  We are pleased to partner with OM on this endeavor and are particularly proud of one of our current initiatives - ‘Outsourcing’s Global Value’ – which will help delegates understand how to better increase efficiency, yield significant cost savings and drive growth, while remaining informed on the economic and social impact,” said IAOP CEO Debi Hamill.

The Summit will bring together the world’s top outsourcing practitioners and business leaders for a one-of-a-kind gathering to explore and set the future of outsourcing in Asia-Pacific. As the region emerges as a lucrative market for outsourcing, both globally and domestically, staying informed has never been so important.
