Outsourcing Professionals Training Team

Poughkeepsie, NY, May 15, 2013 – The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®) is pleased to announce the addition of four new Certified Outsourcing Professional® (COP) Master Class Authorized Trainers to their team of training professionals, all with Pactera, globally headquartered in China and with regional headquarters in North America, Asia Pacific and Europe.

The four new trainers are as follows:
·        Wang Haipeng, COP, Senior Project Manager of US RDS PDS
·        Rollanda Jin, COP, Senior Presales Manager
·        Lixin Liang, COP, Senior Director, Training Solutions & Services Business Unit
·        Kaiser Wu, COP, Senior Vice President, Asia Software Sales & Services business in US Business Unit

To obtain authorized trainer status, each trainer successfully completed the COP application process and has earned the Certified Outsourcing Professional designation. They also passed a rigorous Train-the-Trainer program led by Jag Dalal, COP and Chief Advisor, IAOP Thought Leadership.

IAOP’s Certified Outsourcing Professional Master Class Authorized Trainer count now stands at 20, globally. With more than 1,000 professionals already completing the Certified Outsourcing Professional Master Class, the addition of these trainers allows IAOP to expand their reach on teaching industry executives how to successfully design, implement and manage the end-to-end process of outsourcing throughout China. IAOP’s COP Master Classes can either be public or private onsite 3-day trainings for outsourcing professionals, using IAOP copyrighted class materials, including the Outsourcing Professional Body of Knowledge (OPBOK). This training program leads groups of customer, provider and advisor outsourcing professionals through the modules that map to IAOP’s 10 Outsourcing Professional Standards.
