POUGHKEEPSIE, NY, Dec. 14 – The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®) today announced a seven-judge evaluation team of recognized industry leaders that will rank the world’s best outsourcing service providers for its 2012 Global Outsourcing 100.

Each judge holds the prestigious Certified Outsourcing Professional® (COP) certification, validating their outsourcing expertise and has extensive experience in selecting companies based on requests for proposals (RFPs).

Led by IAOP Managing Director of Thought Leadership, Jagdish Dalal, a COP and President of JDalal Associates, LLC, and world-renowned outsourcing expert, the judges include: 

• Teresa Harris, COP, Global Partner Account Manager, Eastman Kodak Company 
• William Hefley, Ph.D., CDP, COP, Clinical Associate Professor, Katz Graduate School of Business and College of Business Administration, University of Pittsburgh, and Director, ITSqc, LLC
• Kurt Kohorst, COP, Vice President, Director of Service Engineering, Liberty Mutual Agency Corporation
• Cheryl Seely, COP, Manager, Thomson Reuters
• Rene Herlaar, COP - Vodafone The Netherlands
• Gregory Dawson, Ph.D., COP, Assistant Professor of Information Systems, W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University.

As in years past, the judges will look at revenue, customer outcomes, capabilities, relationship management approaches, management talent and experience, as well as an optional bonus area where more details can be provided, such as a company’s corporate social responsibility involvement. Data provided is confidential and individual company information is not released. The evaluation criteria is weighted to ensure that small to mid-size companies have as much of a chance to be selected as large, recognized names for both lists.

The unranked lists will be previewed at The 2012 Outsourcing World Summit, Feb. 20-22, 2012 at Disney’s Contemporary Resort in Orlando, Florida. The full lists will be released in Fortune magazine’s Global 500 issue, July 23, 2012.
