IAOP Member Forum: Use of Advanced Tools & Technologies
in Outsourcing

IAOP invites you to join  its Chicago Chapter, Midwest Chapter, Cloud Computing Chapter and Tools & Technology Innovation Chapter for a one-day IAOP Member Forum at the Offices of Kirkland & Ellis in downtown Chicago, IL on November 10, 2011 where leading outsourcing customers, service providers and advisors will share their experiences and best practices in the use of advanced tools and technologies to improve the value from outsourcing and/or shared services.

“Where labor arbitrage was a key contributor to the financial impact of outsourcing in the late 90’s and early 00’s, technology arbitrage will likely be a key differentiator in an organization’s ability to impact financial performance of outsourcing relationships in the future”, commented Mike Corbett, Chairman of IAOP.

At the IAOP Member Forum, speakers will share how they’ve used advanced tools and technologies to positively impact the financial performance, service quality, capabilities delivered, risk/compliance and overall governance of their existing contracts/relationships.  Also, the leading outsourcing & shared service center tools providers in the industry will come together to demonstrate how their solutions can be put to work quickly and affordably to deliver enhanced business value today!

Many thanks to the sponsors of The IAOP Member Forum!
