Accommodations

For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at Disney’s Contemporary Resort at the special group rate of $200.00.  Suites are also available at a discounted rate. 

For those wishing a more luxurious resort stay, a small group of rooms has also been held at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort for the special group rate of $265.00.

Climate

Low humidity and daytime highs of around 75° and evening lows of 63° characterize December through February.  Don’t forget the hat and sunscreen!

Attire

Enjoy the climate and the atmosphere by dressing in business casual for this event, but please realize that meeting room temperatures may vary.  Bring either a sweater or jacket for your personal comfort.

Transportation

Orlando International Airport is located about 30 minutes from Disney’s Contemporary Resort.  As an attendee of The 2006 Outsourcing World Summit, you may take advantage of the latest innovation in Disney's legendary commitment to service and convenience: Disney's Magical Express. This exclusive complimentary shuttle and luggage delivery service conveniently takes you from the airport directly to your Disney Resort. If you are not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, or do not wish to take advantage of Disney's Magical Express, various transportation companies provide shuttle service to the resort for approximately $30.00 round trip per person.  Private taxi service is available at the airport for approximately $50.00 one way.
