Well Connie Adams, VP of Application Solution Delivery at Hagerty (the world's leading classic car insurer) may not be able to give pointers on that, BUT she can relay her first-hand experience with domestic outsourcing and how it keeps Hagerty at the front of the pack. Connie joined Monty Hamilton, CEO of Rural Sourcing to provide insights covering:
