IAOP Launches Charlotte, North Carolina Chapter
Mike Corbett, IAOP Chairman, to Lead Inaugural Meeting
 
Poughkeepsie, NY, Oct. 1, 2014 – The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®) announced today the launch of its Charlotte chapter. Chaired by KPMG, Pactera, PwC, Duke Energy, Wells Fargo, Delhaize and Alsbridge, the inaugural meeting will take place on October 16, 2014.

IAOP's Chairman, Michael F. Corbett will present on "Trends in the Outsourcing Industry," with an interactive discussion and networking session to round out the meeting.
 
The latest IAOP chapter will promote the outsourcing profession through knowledge sharing, education, networking and insightful discussion in benefit of the overall outsourcing ecosystem.

 “As a uniquely member-driven association, the success of our chapters depends on the active support of many, many organizations,” said IAOP CEO Debi Hamill. “We’re thankful for the hard work of everyone involved in bringing the Charlotte chapter to life and pleased to take part in the launch. We look forward to this opportunity to further serve our members in the region.”

The Charlotte Chapter will provide customers, providers, advisorsacademics industry associations and government agencies an opportunity to share best practices and collaboratively improve their organizations results.

The inaugural meeting taking place on October 16, 2014, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at the KPMG offices in the Duke Energy Building, 550 S. Tryon Street, Suite 3200, Charlotte, NC 28202.

The meeting is free to IAOP members and will also give a brief introduction of the chapter, review the chapter charter and governance team, and hold a discussion of potential future chapter meeting topics and schedule polling questions for the audience regarding future topics and the Trends in the Outsourcing Industry presentation.
