The Global Outsourcing 100 and The World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors
IAOP annually conducts and independent assessment of the capabilities of outsourcing service providers and advisors, and based on this assessment, publishes The Global Outsourcing 100 and The World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors. IAOP is pleased to introduce the Global Outsourcing 100, now in its eleventh year. This year’s program builds upon our past work while providing even better information for customers, providers, and advisors alike.
The program is completely opt-in, and companies can find details about participation here. Applications are judged by an independent panel of experienced outsourcing buyers on five judging criteria: Size and Growth, Customer References, Delivery Excellence, Programs for Innovation, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Each company selected for The Global Outsourcing 100 is recognized by IAOP on its website and at various events and programs throughout the year, and in a special advertising feature in FORTUNE® magazine reaching the magazine’s worldwide circulation of over one million and readership in excess of five million.

The Global Excellence in Outsourcing (GEO) Award
Annually, IAOP recognizes outsourcing professional teams at customer organizations that are leading the effort to better serve their organization’s customers and make their companies more successful through outsourcing.
The GEO Awards are given in two categories:
The GEO Award for Best Practices recognizes a customer company's outsourcing team for its leadership in defining, implementing and managing an outsourcing relationship that clearly exemplifies accepted industry best practices while significantly contributing to the company's overall success. The best practice can be around a specific aspect of the outsourcing practice or the entire process. Such practices are expected to align with the proven Outsourcing Professional Standards (OPS). Applicants are expected to reference their best practices to the OPS to establish alignment. The goal is to recognize best practices worthy of special attention by other organizations and that have produced clear, measurable top- and bottom-line results.
The GEO Award for Innovation recognizes a customer company's outsourcing team for its leadership in defining, implementing and managing an outsourcing relationship that is considered ground-breaking and creative, even breakthrough in nature, while significantly contributing to the company's overall success. The innovation may be reflected in the overall outsourcing design or specific aspects of the outsourcing such as tools, technology, governance and more. The goal is to recognize innovation worthy of special attention by other organizations and that has produced clear, measurable top- and bottom-line results.
Nominations open in June and close in September. Winners are advised by year-end and recognized at the subsequent IAOP Outsourcing World Summit in February.

The IAOP Leadership Hall of Fame
The IAOP Leadership Hall of Fame is unique in that it recognizes individuals not only for their contributions to innovative management practices and collaborative business models, but just as importantly for their contributions to society at-large through measureable outcomes.
Inductees must demonstrate that unique quality of leadership that allows them to synthesize a new model of business with everyone’s obligation to contribute to community-based economic development, support socially-directed investments, and provide development opportunities to all those impacted by their work.
Recipients of The IAOP Leadership Hall of Fame award are selected by IAOP’s Advocacy & Outreach Committee and are inducted into the IAOP Leadership Hall of Fame at The Outsourcing World Summit or an IAOP executive forum.

Member of the Year Awards
As an association “of outsourcing professionals for outsourcing professionals,” IAOP’s success depends on the willingness of
its members to contribute their time and talents. Annually, IAOP recognizes those who have made exceptional contributions
to the association and its members with the Member of the Year Award. These individuals are recognized by their peers at a
special awards luncheon held at the association’s annual global gathering — The Outsourcing World Summit®.
Global Outsourcing Social Responsibility Impact Award (GOSRIA)
The IAOP/ISG Global Outsourcing Social Responsibility Impact Award (GOSRIA) was established in 2012 to recognize
service provider excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. IAOP’s CSR Committee and ISG specifically
seek to acknowledge the achievements of outsourcing service providers committed to a CSR program that fosters community, workplace training, communication, environment and giving.
All service provider applicants to the annual Global Outsourcing 100 program who complete the question about their CSR activities will be eligible for the IAOP/ISG Global Outsourcing Social Responsibility Impact Award (GOSRIA) as part of the GO100 program.
