PRIMARY PURPOSE

The Global Human Capital Chapter is committed to exchanging thought leadership, expertise and latest findings that will enable world-class delivery of HR services, including various forms of HR service delivery like shared services, outsourcing, co-sourcing, and the selection/optimization of technology within the HR function.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Global leaders must expertly prepare for the challenges of designing, implementing, managing and optimizing Global Human Capital delivery engines.  Whether you are a Provider seeking to expand client-facing management capabilities; an HR Buyer designing/leading the delivery; a Procurement Professional defining your ‘go to market’ approach; or an advisor tasked with supporting the evaluation, design and operationalization of these programs, it is critical to understand the leading global service delivery approaches and related human capital practices/processes that will substantially impact your results.
