As the global economy continues to recover and restructure, organizations have become increasingly technology driven and interdependent through an array of ever-changing collaborative business models. As a result, both opportunities and challenges have emerged from these changes.

In partnership with ISG, IAOP®, the world’s leading association for collaborative business strategies, is conducting a survey to measure the scope and scale of these changes in the European outsourcing industry as well as the impact they are having on organizations.

Do you work heavily within the European market and feel your experience would be beneficial to this research, or know someone within your industry who would be the perfect person to take this survey? We’re inviting you to participate in our survey and/or forward this email to your European colleagues who may be interested in sharing their experiences.

The survey has only 18 multiple choice questions and should take no more than 5 minutes of your time. All responses are confidential with no individually identifiable data collected or shared. As a thank you, all customer organizations who participate will receive a copy of the survey report, one year of upgraded access to AccessISG Online, ISG’s on-demand information service, and will be entered in a raffle to win one of two free seats to IAOP’s European Outsourcing Summit (EOS15), being held in Frankfurt, Germany on 18-20 October 2015, where these results and insights from across the field will be shared.
