IAOP/KellyOCG Outsourcing Talent Survey

Last chance - survey ends July 4, 2014

We are pleased to introduce the IAOP/KellyOCG Outsourcing Talent Survey for 2014. The purpose of this survey is to establish baseline compensation data for individuals working as providers (vendor), external advisors (consultant, attorney, etc.) or customers (buyers) of outsourcing solutions. 

Additionally, the customer survey will explore the business functions being outsourced as well as the driving factors and decision-making criteria for outsourcing.

Customers (for those buying/contracting outsourcing solutions) start the survey here. 

Providers/Advisors (for those delivering/consulting on outsourcing solutions)  start the survey here.

Respondents will be asked to provide information regarding their personal compensation. 

The survey is blind, meaning that responses are anonymous and all data will be kept in strict confidence. Completing this survey requires no information that could be used to identify an individual or specify your organization. 

Where possible, IAOP/KellyOCG plans to report aggregate compensation data based on demographics such as type of organization (provider, advisor), function (such as facilities services, information technology, transaction processing), industry, geography and company size, so please read the instructions for those questions carefully. 

As a survey participant you will receive a complete copy of the results. Please be sure to inform your company HR team so that they can take part as well. The results will also be presented at the 2015 Outsourcing World Summit in Phoenix, Arizona in February. Complete the survey by July 4, 2014 and submit an email request from the survey and you'll receive the full results. Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey and provide valuable information for the outsourcing community.
