Jag formed JDalal Associates, LLC in April 2002, which specializes in consulting in the field of Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing. As Chief Advisor, Thought Leadership for IAOP, Jag has contributed to the association’s growth and development from its inception, is a lead contributor and instructor for its Certified Outsourcing Professional® (COP) designation, which is the global standard of excellence for professionals in the field, and has shared his industry insights as a keynote speaker at every Outsourcing World Summit ever held. Jag has also been a lead judge for IAOP’s Global Outsourcing 100® since its launch in 2006.

"I believe my success in outsourcing has come from hard work, risk-taking and creating opportunity rather than staying back," said Jag. "I believe if there is something you are committed to do, you must have passion for it and enjoy it. If you don't enjoy what you do, others won't either. That said, I am deeply honored to be recognized by IAOP as a member of its Outsourcing Hall of Fame."

Mary Lacity is also a Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics, Co-Chair of IAOP’s Midwest Chapter, Industry Advisor for Outsourcing Angels and the Everest Group, Co-editor of the Palgrave Series: Work, Technology, and Globalization, and on the Editorial Boards for Journal of Information Technology, MIS Quarterly Executive, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, and Strategic Outsourcing: An International Journal. Her research focuses on global outsourcing of business and IT services. She has conducted case studies and surveys of hundreds of organizations on their outsourcing and management practices.

“To be welcomed in the IAOP Hall of Fame among the CEOs of global provider firms, founders of the top advisory firms, and leading client executives is truly an overwhelming experience for an academic,” said Lacity.

Leslie Willcocks heads the LSE’s Outsourcing Unit research centre. He is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Information Technology and JIT Teaching Cases and holds visiting chairs at three other universities. He is co-editor, with Mary Lacity, of the Palgrave Series: Work Technology and Globalization.  Leslie has a global reputation for outsourcing, global strategy, organizational change and managing digital business. He has published 39 books and over 230 refereed papers in key journals on these subjects. His clients for advisory, work education programs, research and presentations include major corporations and government institutions worldwide.

“It is an outstanding honour to be recognized by IAOP and the organizations, executives and industry it represents,” said Willcocks. “It has also been an immense privilege to work so closely over 20 years with Mary Lacity, who established the academic field with her seminal doctoral work in 1992.”
