IAOP Releases 2013 Rankings for The Global Outsourcing 100 and World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors

in the the May 20 Fortune 500 issue of FORTUNE® magazine
POUGHKEEPSIE, NY, May 7, 2013 – The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (http://www.iaop.org/) (IAOP®) announced ISS has been named the world’s best outsourcing provider and Deloitte topped the list of leading advisors to the industry in the 2013 Global Outsourcing 100® rankings released today.

Ranked among the top 10 service providers, along with ISS, are, in order: (2) Accenture, (3) Wipro, (4) CBRE, (5) Infosys, (6) HCL Technologies, (7) CSC, (8) Sodexo (9) NCR and (10) Johnson Controls – Global WorkPlace Solutions.
The leading players on both lists possess strong customer references, management capabilities, balanced performance and demonstrated competencies in an industry that is increasingly becoming more strategic and used for higher skilled knowledge-based activities.
In addition to the 100 service providers, IAOP produces more than 80 sublists by service area, industry served and geography that provide customers of outsourced services with an invaluable tool for selecting the right service provider.
The Global Outsourcing 100® – an independently judged, opt-in ranking of the world’s best outsourcing service providers and advisors has become an important resource to help companies compare providers and advisors using an objective methodology. This is the eighth provider list and fifth advisor ranking.
