IAOP’s Research Initiatives' goal is to  set and manage the association’s ongoing program to enhance our members’ practical understanding of the management science of outsourcing. There are three distinct approaches IAOP utilizes in conducting and promoting research:

  • 2011 State of the Legal Outsourcing Sector Update (2012 Summit Presentation)
  • Project Impact-Innovation Survey
  • State of the Industry Member Survey - Customers and Providers/Advisors can participate through January 15, 2012.
  • CSR in Outsourcing Survey update (in conjunction with IAOP's CSR Subcommittee)
  • Use of Governance Tools in Managing Outsourcing Engagements (in conjunction with IAOP's Tools & Technology Chapter)
  • Assessing Outsourcing Relationship Value - University of Missouri, St. Louis (for 2013 Summit Presentation)
