If you’re looking to develop an outsourcing center of excellence staffed with trained and certified professionals in your firm, then bringing the Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) program company-wide may be the answer.
Companies of all sizes and representing all industries are making the strategic decision to embrace the COP program division- or company-wide — and even to include their outsourcing partners. This strategic approach to certification and training is being employed more often as firms recognize that getting outsourcing right is critical to their overall success and that optimal results come from having all sides of the outsourcing relationship (customers, providers and advisors) on the same page following the same proven management practices.
COP Master Class Bulk Seating
Purchase 10 or more seats (at the same time) for global Public COP Master Classes and use them when and where it's convenient. $25,000 for 10 seats to be used within two years.
In-House On-site COP Master Class
Host an in-house class for between 10 and 25 employees, partners and customers and save on time and travel. Classroom training will be delivered by an IAOP Authorized Trainer at your facility with each student who successfully completes the COP Master Class provided with a Certificate of Completion noting that they have earned 75 points toward the COP designation and fulfilled the aCOP training requirement. $25,000 per class (minimum 10 students) and additional discounts available per student beyond 10. Travel expenses for an IAOP Authorized Trainer are additional.
OPBOK and COP Program Licensing
Outsourcing Professional Body of Knowledge (OPBOK) and COP famIly program elements license fees are annual and established based on the overall number of employees in the organization and specific intellectual property being licensed. The product(s), once purchased, may be used as many times as necessary for up to a three-year term depending on the package purchased. Training materials may be reproduced and used for multiple training events within your organization. Materials may not be posted on a public website or used to train external participants. Training materials be only be used with employees of your organization. Pricing will be furnished based on yoru coporate needs.

Executives and team leaders charged with growing their firms’ outsourcing capabilities may attend the preparation class to assess the overall program and begin charting a course for certification.
