Inaugural Webinar held October 7, 2008

The IAOP Process Excellence Chapter held its inaugural webinar on October 7, 2008 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm EDT.

Chapter Chair Ajay Kapoor, vice president of business process reengineering (North America) at Genpact, introduced S. Bala, senior vice president -global reengineering leader ofGenpact who shared insights on the topic of “Process Solutions for Business Realities.” The discussion focused on a new paradigm of process excellence driven by today’s business realities and of a proven, time tested framework to create tangible business impact.
