This session will reveal findings from a 2009 survey of IAOP members and affiliates regarding the impact of social and environmental responsibility on global outsourcing. The presenters will examine key trends and will interpret the impacts for both buyers and providers of outsourcing services. In particular, the research will focus on gaps between buyer expectations and vendor capabilities.
