With a global community of more than 110,000 members and affiliates worldwide, the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) is the global, standard-setting organization and advocate for the outsourcing profession.

It is the first and only global, professional membership-based organization to establish standards for users, providers and advisors of outsourced services; as well as advance and advocate outsourcing as an industry.
