Further, to provide a forum for those involved in financial services outsourcing to share their common experiences and the issues confronting them, and an opportunity for those persons to address those issues. To educate those involved or interested in sourcing in the financial services sector by conducting periodic seminars, webinars and regional meetings. To provide a source of information regarding changes in financial regulatory frameworks that impact sourcing transactions in the financial services industry, and to discuss practical impacts of such regulatory changes. To create an environment where financial services professionals can share and promote best practices in outsourcing.
