IAOP chapters provide a forum for members to collectively focus on professional development, networking, and the advancement of outsourcing within specific areas of common interest. Each chapter is led by chairs and co-chairs with deep knowledge in the area covered. Since IAOP members are members of the association, and not of a specific chapter, they are encouraged to participate in as many chapters and chapter meetings as they wish. Non-members are welcomed to attend any chapter meeting as IAOP's guest to learn more about the association and its work.
