IAOP Announces Certified Outsourcing Professional
Master Class in San José, Costa Rica

Poughkeepsie, NY, March 20, 2014 – The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®) announced today it will conduct a Certified Outsourcing Professional® (COP) Master Class May 20-22, 2014, at the IGov Academy, San José, Costa Rica. This public class is led by Mauricio Velasquez, COP-BD and Authorized Trainer.

The 3-day COP Master Class offers many benefits, including: a comprehensive learning experience that prepares an individual to successfully lead most outsourcing initiatives; the opportunity to work with seasoned veterans to develop a customized outsourcing project plan for an actual project; state-of-the-art insights into the latest industry and deal trends; extensive networking opportunities with professionals from a wide range of industries and professional disciplines; step-by-step coverage of outsourcing professional standards.

The training, geared for mid-to-high level outsourcing professionals representing customers, providers and advisors of all types of outsourcing services provides end-to-end knowledge of creating best practices for the outsourcing engagement, and is a key element of the COP program from IAOP.

IAOP has conducted dozens of public or private on-site COP Master Classes each year globally since 2007 and has had thousands of people go through the training, which is an integral part of the COP certification program. Individuals and groups can pre-register for the limited seating training at the Costa Rica venue and all course materials are included. One not need be a member of IAOP to register, but corporate members do receive significant discounts on class pricing.
